A Nice Little Saturday...

Saturday was a beautiful Fall day.

Ken delighted me with a trip to the Plaza for sushi and shopping.

We went to Kona Grill and it did not disappoint.  Afterwards, we wondered around and got a latte.  My kind of day.

We ended up going to the World War I Museum.  Neither of us had been there before and it was quite intriguing.

I am in love with the Fall colors right now.

Liberty Memorial

We ended up getting in for free because of being Bank of America customers.  Apparently the first weekend of each month is BOA customer appreciation weekend.

Can you believe that two men fit in this thing?

We made our way to the top of the tower for the views.

It was such a beautiful day!

After our tour, we went to Martini Corner for a drink.  I had never been to Martini Corner before, since it is North of 87th Street after all.

Drinks at Tower Tavern

An apple martini, whiskey sour, and a chili dog.  Clearly, sushi did not satisfy Ken.

Thanks for the nice Saturday Ken!
